This tv stand is gorgeous in person. I believe this company is big on quality control. The unit was packaged so carefully and thoroughly however the delivery company damaged the unit during transport. I know this because the gash in the box matches up to the gash in the door. I took pictures and called Hernest. They responded to my emailed pics immediately and have been in communication with me constantly. They are sending me a new door to replace the damaged one. What a great experience! I will update when I receive the new door. If you are on the fence, BUY from this company and do it quick as their shipping prices go in effect Jan 2026.
