1. 2-Year Limited Warranty

At Ormau INC, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our furniture. We provide a 2-Year Limited Warranty on all full-priced products purchased on ormau.com, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing.

2. What is Covered?

  • Structural Integrity: Framework, core support structures, and handcrafted joints.
  • Material Defects: Unusual cracking of wood (not caused by humidity changes), hardware failure, or non-accidental fabric fraying.
  • Craftsmanship: Any production-related defects occurring under normal residential use.

3. What is NOT Covered?

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., cushion softening, fabric pilling, or minor surface scratches).
  • Damage caused by extreme environmental conditions (excessive heat, humidity, or direct sunlight).
  • Improper assembly, cleaning, or commercial/non-residential use.
  • Natural variations: Natural characteristics of materials like top-grain leather, marble, and solid wood (knots, grain patterns, or slight color variations) are not considered defects.

4. How to Make a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team with:
  • Your Order Number and proof of purchase.
  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the specific issue.
Ormau INC will, at its discretion, provide replacement parts, professional repair kits, or a partial refund depending on the nature of the defect.
