Use of the Website You agree to use ormau.com only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with the website, its security, or other customers' use of the site. 3. Product Information We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, images, specifications, and pricing accurately. Screen settings, photography, and normal material or manufacturing variation may cause minor visual differences. The specifications shown on the applicable product page should be reviewed before purchase. 4. Pricing and Payment Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Accepted payment methods may include: - Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and UnionPay - Apple Pay - Google Pay - Link - PayPal - Klarna - Affirm Applicable sales tax may be calculated and charged at checkout based on the customer's shipping address and applicable tax requirements. Any sales tax due will be shown in the order summary before payment. Product prices displayed on ORMAU do not include sales tax unless otherwise stated. ORMAU does not charge customers customs duties or import fees for eligible deliveries within our supported U.S. delivery area. 5. Order Acceptance, Changes, and Cancellation ORMAU may decline or cancel an order when necessary due to payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or product-data errors, unavailable products, or other order-processing issues. Customers may request an order change or cancellation by contacting ORMAU Customer Support. For an approved cancellation before delivery is completed, ORMAU does not charge a cancellation or administrative fee. If payment has already been captured, the approved cancellation is refunded in full to the original payment method. If the order has already shipped, cancellation, address-change, delivery-intercept, refusal, rerouting, or redelivery requests remain subject to carrier feasibility. ORMAU will bear applicable carrier rerouting, refusal, or redelivery charges. Once delivery has been completed, a request to send the product back is handled under the Return Policy in Section 7 rather than as an order cancellation. 6. Shipping and Delivery ORMAU offers Free Standard Shipping to eligible street addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Current estimated delivery timeline: - Order Processing & Production: 12–14 business days - International Transit & Logistics: approximately 30 business days - Final-Mile Delivery: approximately 10–15 business days - Total Estimated Delivery Time: approximately 52–59 business days ORMAU does not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Mackinac Island (Michigan), Key West (Florida), Dry Tortugas (Florida), Nantucket (Massachusetts), or Martha's Vineyard (Massachusetts). Standard delivery is to the first-floor entrance or doorstep accessible to the carrier. It does not include in-home placement, upper-floor carry, unpacking, furniture assembly, installation, or White Glove Delivery. 7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds ORMAU accepts return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery for both defective and non-defective products. Exchanges are also accepted under the current return policy. A return is different from an order cancellation. The 20% restocking fee described below may apply to approved returns made for non-defective reasons after delivery. It does not apply to an approved cancellation before delivery is completed. For non-defective returns, items must be new and unused and returned in their original condition with all original packaging, accessories, parts, and documentation included. Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, modification, or improper assembly may not be eligible for return or exchange. Defective or damaged products remain eligible for review under the applicable return policy. Returns are handled by mail. After an eligible return is approved, ORMAU provides a return label for download/print at no cost to the customer together with the applicable return instructions. A 20% restocking fee based on the product price may apply to approved returns made for non-defective reasons. The restocking fee does not apply when ORMAU verifies that the return is due to product damage, a manufacturing defect, an incorrect item received, or another fulfillment error attributable to ORMAU.

Once the returned item is received and the return is approved, ORMAU will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. The final refund amount will reflect the applicable 20% restocking fee. Customers must contact ORMAU before returning an item and follow the return authorization, return label, and return instructions provided by Customer Support. authorized return destination will be provided after approval, Do not return products to the Wyoming business address and do not send a return before receiving authorization. 8. Warranty Products purchased directly from ormau.com are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery, subject to the Warranty Policy published on the website. The warranty is intended to cover qualifying defects in materials and manufacturing under normal residential use. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and supporting information reasonably needed to evaluate the issue. Coverage exclusions, the review process, available remedies, and any shipping, parts, repair, or labor arrangements are governed by the Warranty Policy in effect for the product. Customers should not arrange third-party repair, labor, or return shipping for a warranty claim unless ORMAU has provided prior authorization and instructions. 9. Intellectual Property Website text, branding, logos, photographs, graphics, and other content owned or licensed by ORMAU may not be copied, reproduced, or used without authorization except as permitted by law. 10. Website Availability and Third-Party Services Some website, payment, shipping, and delivery functions rely on third-party service providers. We work to keep these services available and accurate, but service interruptions or carrier delays may occur. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, to the extent applicable. 12.
