How can I create and log into my Ormau account?
You can create and access your Ormau account in several ways:
- Email & Password: Sign up with your email address and create a secure password.
- Google Login: Use your Google account to log in with one click.
- Facebook Login: Use your Facebook account to log in quickly without creating a separate password.
No matter which method you choose, you will have full access to your Ormau account dashboard, order history, and tracking information.
Can I sign in with Google or Facebook?
Yes. Ormau supports social logins so you can sign in faster and more securely:
- Google Login: Click the “Continue with Google” button on the login page and select your Google account.
- Facebook Login: Click the “Continue with Facebook” button and follow the prompts.
When you use Google or Facebook to sign in, you do not need to create or remember a separate Ormau password. Your account will be linked to your social login.
What can I do in my Ormau account?
With an Ormau account, you can:
- View your order history and order details;
- Track your shipping and delivery status;
- Update your contact information and addresses;
- Download or review invoices and receipts;
- Submit and follow up on support tickets;
- Manage your account preferences.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you created your Ormau account using email and password, you can reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password” on the login page and following the instructions sent to your email.
If you usually sign in with Google or Facebook, you do not need to reset a separate Ormau password—just continue using your Google or Facebook login. Any password reset must be done through your Google or Facebook account settings.
Can I switch from Google/Facebook login to email login?
If you originally signed up with Google or Facebook, your Ormau account is linked to that social login. In most cases, you can continue using the same method without creating a separate password.
