Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: February 26, 2026

Welcome to Ormau INC (“Ormau”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website https://ormau.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this site.

1. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the site under adult supervision. You agree not to misuse the site or engage in activities that may harm Ormau INC, our customers, or our business operations. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

2. Product Information & Variations

We strive for maximum accuracy in our product descriptions and images. However, as our furniture is handcrafted from premium materials:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to studio lighting or individual monitor display settings;
  • Measurements may have minor variations due to manual production processes;
  • Natural materials like solid wood may exhibit unique grain patterns, textures, or minor finish variations.

These characteristics are inherent to artisanal furniture and do not constitute product defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices, apply promotional discounts, or correct typographical errors at any time. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay through secure, PCI-compliant gateways. Full details can be found in our Pricing & Payment Policy.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your receipt of an Order Confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect pricing, suspicion of fraud, shipping restrictions, or production constraints. Orders canceled by Ormau will be fully refunded.

5. Production & International Logistics

Ormau furniture is meticulously made to order. Our standard timeline is based on Calendar Days and includes:

  • Order Processing & Production: 7–14 Calendar Days;
  • Ocean Freight: Approximately 30 Calendar Days;
  • Final-Mile Delivery: Approximately 15 Calendar Days after customs clearance.

Total estimated delivery time is approximately 52–59 Calendar Days. Timelines are estimates. You can monitor progress via our Tracking Page.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

Because our products are large-scale and made to order, returns are subject to a 30-calendar day eligibility window, original packaging requirements, and a 20% restocking fee. Damaged items must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please review our full Refund & Return Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ormau website—including text, high-resolution images, graphics, logos, videos, and overall site design—is the exclusive property of Ormau INC and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ormau INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs inspections, or Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, port strikes).

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
