  • Measurements may have minor variations due to manual production processes;

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept major credit/debit cards (via Stripe), PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. For full details, see our Pricing & Payment Policy.


4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse orders for reasons including incorrect pricing, suspicion of fraud, or production constraints. Orders canceled by Ormau INC will be fully refunded.


5. Production & Delivery Timelines

Ormau furniture is made to order. Our estimated timeline is based on Calendar Days:

  • Order Processing & Production: 12–14 Calendar Days;
  • International Transit & Logistics: Approximately 30 Calendar Days;
  • Final-Mile Delivery: Approximately 10–15 Calendar Days.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

Returns are subject to a 30-calendar day eligibility window and a 20% restocking fee. Damaged items must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please review our full Refund & Return Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
