Exclusions: ORMAU offers Free Standard Shipping to eligible street addresses within our serviceable delivery area in the contiguous United States.

2. Delivery Service

Large furniture is delivered to the first-floor entrance or doorstep of the delivery address.

Delivery does not include assembly, installation, room-of-choice placement, or White Glove service

3. Delivery Area

Delivery is available only within ORMAU's serviceable U.S. delivery area. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military/diplomatic addresses, P.O. Boxes, and certain remote locations are not supported.
